My Profile
By creating a profile, you will have access to useful tools that simplify your ordering process
- Access to the pricing of your organisation's contracts (customer account)
- Visibility of product availability
- The ability to change your ordering*, payment and shipping preferencesCreation and saving of personal favourites lists
- Scheduling of order recalls
- Access to real time order status for all your VWR orders; including carrier tracking information
When you log in, "My Profile" page (always accessible from the "My Profile" link at the top of the page), allows you to view and update your personal information and your personalised settings, by adjusting the VWR.com site to your needs.
Yes, you do not need a profile to browse our website. However, there will be limitations (no price, delivery time, etc). You can still view product data, learn more about our company and the services we provide, find career opportunities, etc.
Select "Create my profile" at the top of the page. Then enter your personal information (if you have a VWR account number, enter it) and click "Next".
Complete the registration form, which will help us customise the VWR.com site to suit your specific needs. When finished, select "Create Profile".
Within 24 to 48 hours, your WEB profile will be linked to your customer account by our teams. If this is not the case, please send an email to ebiz-support.uk@vwr.com with your customer number.
Leave the box empty and send an email to the following address: ebiz-support.uk@vwr.com with the name of your company, your delivery address, your billing address (if different), an extract from KBIS as well as the / the email address (es) for sending pdf invoices.
Send an email to ebiz-support.uk@vwr.com with your customer number and / or the information required to create your customer account (name of your company, delivery and billing addresses / KBIS / email address (es) mail for sending pdf invoices).
This number identifies you as a unique VWR customer. VWR assigns you an account number to establish pricing, billing, shipping and other important information.
To complete the registration process, we need to verify that your email address is correct, and that the information provided is correct. Once you have completed the registration form and selected "Create Profile".

If this is not the case, do not hesitate to send an email to ebiz-support.uk@vwr.com with your customer number and / or the information necessary to create your customer account (name of your company, delivery and invoicing addresses / KBIS / email address (es) for sending pdf invoices.
When you create your profile with your VWR account number, you will be asked to enter your company information, which VWR will review before approving your profile.
Once approved, you will be able to access:
- The price of each product according to your contract
- The availability of each product
If the cart does not display contract prices and availability status for each product, send an email to ebiz-support.uk@vwr.com with:
- Your connection identifier (email address with which you connect)
- A screen shot of the problem
No, just send an email to ebiz-support.uk@vwr.com with your old and new email addresses so that we can make the change.
No, you must send an email to ebiz-support.uk@vwr.com with your connection identifier and your new delivery address. We will take care of migrating your profile to your new customer account.
You will no longer have access to your old company data.
No, you can email us at ebiz-support.uk@vwr.com with your colleague's email address so that we edit it with your information. This will give you access to all your order history.
VWR.com has been designed so that no personally identifiable information is displayed online or available to the general public. Read our privacy policy for more information.
To change your password, select the "My Profile" link at the top of the page. Click on the "Edit" button next to personal information.
Under "Security Settings", click on "Change Password". Enter your new password and select "Submit".
Personal information can be updated in "My Profile" by selecting the "Edit" button. You can update your first and last name as well as your email address.
PLEASE NOTE, changing the email address does not change the connection identifier. If you wish to change your login ID, contact ebiz-support.uk@vwr.com directly.
On the personal information page, you can choose to receive our newsletters. You can unsubscribe at any time by unchecking the box "I would like to improve my shopping experience by using my personal data".
Your web profile can be linked to one or more organisations (if you work for several companies or several sites for example). Each organisation (customer account) has its own parameters depending on the contract.
To switch from one organisation to another, once logged in, you have access to a ‘drop down’ menu. Just select the organisation you want to use and click "Update".
