Regulatory changes for hazardous chemicals

Dear Valued Customer,

From December 1st the European Union is implementing the new regulation CLP - Classification, Labelling and Packaging for substances according with the Globally Harmonized System of Classification and Labeling of Chemicals (GHS), Directive (EG) Nr. 1272/2008.
This requires all chemical manufacturers to only label substances they manufacture in accordance with these regulations. This will lead to the reclassification of many chemical substances and a new look to all labels of hazardous products.
