High-Purity Single-Stage Regulators, Chrome-Plated Brass or 316 Stainless Steel

These high-purity, single-stage regulators are ideally suited for primary pressure control of noncorrosive high-purity gases (chrome-plated brass) or corrosive ultra high-purity gases (316 stainless steel). They are designed for use with high-purity carrier gases or zero-span and calibration gases in applications including gas chromatography or the control of gases from cryogenic sources.

With a stainless steel diaphragm and high leak integrity, these regulators help prevent gas contamination. Single-stage regulators are recommended as primary pressure control for applications that can tolerate minor fluctuations in outlet pressure as inlet pressure changes.
