Supplier: G-Biosciences
Description: This blot contains two protein lanes, a protein marker lane and a lane with one GenLysate™ sample. After the proteins are resolved, they are transferred to a PVDF membrane using Western Transfer Buffer. The blots are ready to be blocked and probed with the antibodies of choice.

Supplier: VWR Chemicals
Description: A small biomolecule, 244 Daltons, that has high binding affinity to avidin and streptavidin often used to label antibodies and enzymes. Several molecules of biotin can react with a single protein molecule to increase the sensitivity at the site of detection.
Catalog Number: (71978-3)
Supplier: Merck Millipore (Novagen)
Description: The One Step RT-PCR Master Mix Kit allows rapid, sensitive analysis of gene expression from tissues and cells. It can replace methods for detecting and quantifying gene expression such as Northern blots, in situ hybridisation, dot blots, S nuclease assays and conventional two step RT-PCR. The kit utilises recombinant Thermus thermophilus (rTth) DNA Polymerase, which acts as both a thermostable RNA dependent DNA polymerase and a DNA dependent DNA polymerase. The rTth DNA Polymerase is provided in a 2X master mix with an antibody for antibody-mediated hot start, optimised buffer, and ultrapure deoxynucleotides. Antibody-mediated Hot Start enhances specificity of both reverse transcription and PCR. The kit enables cDNA synthesis from input RNA followed by PCR amplification of the cDNA in a single reaction, with no additional hands-on requirement for buffer changes or adding reagents. Typically, detection of a specific transcript requires only 2 hours.

Supplier: Abnova
Description: The restriction endonuclease is a restriction endonuclease BspQ I that can recognize specific sites and is produced under GMP standards and expressed recombinantly in Escherichia coli. Restriction endonucleases are widely used in various fields such as gene positioning and cloning. This enzyme cleaves DNA rapidly for efficient gene linearization.

Catalog Number: (AATB12500)
Supplier: AAT BIOQUEST
Description: This enzyme is a luciferase expressed from a cloned gene from the North American firefly (Photinus pyralis) that provides the reliability and dependability needed for performing research or producing kits using bioluminescence reagents to detect ATP or luciferin substrates.
UOM: 1 * 1 mL

Catalog Number: (ENZOENZ4242010)
Supplier: ENZO LIFE SCIENCES
Description: The Single-Round RNA Amplification and Biotin Labeling System provides an optimized protocol and reagents for the production of biotin-labeled antisense RNA (aRNA) from total cellular RNA samples in less than 24 hours for array analysis.
UOM: 1 * 1 KIT

Supplier: G-Biosciences
Description: Western ReProbe™ PLUS allows for the removal of stubborn, high affinity antibodies from membrane bound proteins without destroying the antigenic binding affinity. The membrane bound protein is retained on the membrane and the matching antibodies are washed away. Once the antigen-antibody bonds are broken, the membrane bound protein is free to accept new antibodies.

Supplier: Abnova
Description: The BSA I restriction endonuclease is a restriction endonuclease BsaI that can recognize specific sites expressed by Escherichia coli recombinantly. Restriction endonucleases are widely used in various fields such as gene positioning and cloning. This enzyme cleaves DNA rapidly for efficient gene linearization.

Supplier: Biotium
Description: This MAb recognizes the HLA-B27 cell surface antigen on human cells. It may be used to HLA type human lymphocytes. Approximately 60% of patients with ankylosing spondylitis are HLA-B27 positive. This reagent can be used to help identify this HLA haplotype in human lymphocytes. Major histocompatibility complex (MHC) molecules form an integral part of the immune response system. They are cell-surface receptors that bind pep- tides and present them to T lymphocytes. Human leukocyte antigens (HLAs) are polymorphic members of the MHC family that are specifically involved in the presentation of antigens to the T cell receptor. There are two classes of HLA antigens: class I (HLA-A, HLA-B and HLA-C) and class II (HLA-D). Class I molecules are expressed in nearly all cells and play a central role in the immune system by presenting peptides derived from the endoplasmic reticulum. The differential structural properties of MHC class I and class II molecules account for their respective roles in activating different populations of T lymphocytes. HLA-B encodes a membrane anchored heavy chain, which hetero-dimerizes with a light chain (beta-2-Microglobulin) to form MHC-I. Polymorphisms yield hundreds of HLA-B alleles. The HLA-B27 allele appears with increased frequency in uveitis patients.
