Catalog Number: (BOSSBS-8214R-FITC)
Supplier: Bioss
Description: Playing a essential role in the fission of tubules that serve as transport intermediates during endosome sorting, the WASH complex is present at the surface of endosomes and functions to recruit and activate the Arp2/3 complex for induction of actin polymerization. FAM21, Putative WASH complex subunit FAM21, is a component of the WASH complex. Having undergone evolutionary duplication, four highly homologous family members exist including FAM21A, FAM21B, FAM21C and FAM21D. FAM21 links the WASH complex to endosomes and is required for WASM-dependent retromer-mediated sorting. Also, by directly interacting with CapZ, FAM21 inhibits its anti-capping activity, thereby regulating actin dynamics.

Catalog Number: (DUEH2.00.080)
Supplier: DUPERTHAL
Description: Exhaust air monitor optional with ventilator: Easy ventilation and monitoring of the venting system for safety cabinets. A sensor monitors the air flow speed/stream and gives a visual or audible signal if the value drops below the set-point value. The complete exhaust monitoring unit is supplied pre-assembled (ready to plug in) and is placed directly on the cabinet. The set-point value for the air stream flow rate is preset in the factory and can be individually adjusted by the pressure difference socket. In addition to the volumetric flow rate the power supply is also monitored. The system includes two floating contacts (24 V/2 A) for signal transmission to an external control room. Internal storage accumulator supplies the monitoring systems for 4 hours in the event of a power failure, display with easy fault indication and enables permanent monitoring according to DIN EN 1946-7. The housing is made from powder-coated sheet steel, silver pearl glimmer.

Catalog Number: (BOSSBS-13024R-A555)
Supplier: Bioss
Description: The DnaJ family comprises a group of chaperone proteins that contain a J domain and have diverse cellular localization and functions. DnaJ proteins play a critical role in the HSP 70 chaperone machine by interacting with HSP 70 to stimulate ATP hydrolysis and are also important mediators of proteolysis and protein degradation. DnaJC9 (DnaJ (Hsp40) homolog, subfamily C, member 9), also designated HDJC9, JDD1 or DnaJ protein SB73, is a 260 amino acid protein found at moderate levels in most tissues with highest expression in the germinal zone of the central nervous system, testis, ovary, renal cortex and fetal liver. A member of the DnaJ family, DnaJC9 contains one N-terminal J domain but lacks the typical G/F and zinc finger regions that are typical of DnaJ family members. DnaJC9 localiizes to nuclei under normal conditions but may be transported to cytoplasm and plasma membrane when exposed to heat shock.

Catalog Number: (BOSSBS-13023R-HRP)
Supplier: Bioss
Description: The DnaJ family is one of the largest of all the chaperone families and has evolved with diverse cellular localization and functions. The presence of the J domain defines a protein as a member of the DnaJ family. DnaJ heat shock induced proteins are from the bacterium Escherichia coli and are under the control of the htpR regulatory protein. The DnaJ proteins play a critical role in the HSP 70 chaperone machine by interacting with HSP 70 to stimulate ATP hydrolysis. The proteins contain cysteine rich regions that are composed of zinc fingers that form a peptide binding domain responsible for the chaperone function. DnaJ proteins are important mediators of proteolysis and are involved in the regulation of protein degradation, exocytosis and endocytosis. DnaJA2 (DnaJ homolog subfamily A member 2), also known as HIRA-interacting protein 4 or cell cycle progression restoration gene 3 protein, contains one CR-type zinc finger and is a co-chaperone of HSC 70.

Catalog Number: (AVIVOKEH03072)
Supplier: Aviva Systems Biology
Description: Aviva Systems Biology APOC1 ELISA Kit (Mouse) (OKEH03072) is based on standard sandwich enzyme-linked immuno-sorbent assay technology. An antibody specific for Apoc1 has been pre-coated onto a 96-well plate (12 x 8 Well Strips) and blocked. Standards or test samples are added to the wells and removed. A biotinylated detector antibody specific for Apoc1 is added, incubated and followed by washing. Avidin-Peroxidase Conjugate is then added, incubated and unbound conjugate is washed away. An enzymatic reaction is produced through the addition of TMB substrate which is catalyzed by HRP generating a blue color product that changes yellow after adding acidic stop solution. The density of yellow coloration read by absorbance at 450 nm is quantitatively proportional to the amount of sample Apoc1 captured in well.
