Catalog Number: (BOSSBS-8254R-A750)
Supplier: Bioss
Description: Guanine nucleotide exchange factor (GEF) for RAB35. May function as a clathrin-associated sorting protein for RAB35, whereby during clathrin-mediated endocytosis, binds the AP-2 complex and inactived RAB35, then activates RAB35 for its subsequent function at endosomes.Tissue specificity:Highly expressed in dendritic and natural killer cells and at lower levels in other myeloid lineage cells and in pituitary. Significantly up-regulated in effector memory T cells as compared with naive T cells.

Supplier: Bioss
Description: Receptor for IL1A, IL1B and IL1RN. After binding to interleukin-1 associates with the corecptor IL1RAP to form the high affinity interleukin-1 receptor complex which mediates interleukin-1-dependent activation of NF-kappa-B, MAPK and other pathways. Signaling involves the recruitment of adapter molecules such as TOLLIP, MYD88, and IRAK1 or IRAK2 via the respective TIR domains of the receptor/coreceptor subunits. Binds ligands with comparable affinity and binding of antagonist IL1RN prevents association with IL1RAP to form a signaling complex.

Supplier: VWR Collection
Description: These soft, non permeable 63,5 µm thick aluminium foils, with strong medical grade adhesive, eliminate the need for heat sealing devices or mats during thermal cycling. Compared to other aluminium foils, these foils have less tendency to roll back on themselves when removing the backing paper, and fit well to the plate during application.

Catalog Number: (BOSSBS-15483R-CY7)
Supplier: Bioss
Description: HIBADH is a 336 amino acid mitochondrial enzyme that catalyses the NAD+-dependent, reversible oxidisation of 3-Hydroxyisobutyrate to methylmalonate semialdehyde, an intermediate of valine catabolism. The enzyme functions as a homodimer between a pH of 7,0 and 10,0, with optimal activity between 8,8 and 9,0. It was previously hypothesised that defects in the gene encoding HIBADH may be the cause of 3-Hydroxyisobutyric aciduria, a rare disorder that is characterised by a variety of clinical manifestations such as neurodevelopmental problems and dysmorphic features. However, it was shown that HIBADH activity was equal in patients with 3-Hydroxyisobutyric aciduria as compared with controls.

Description: Goat anti-human IgA reacts specifically with IgA heavy chains (α chains) and not with immunoglobulin light chains. To minimize crossreactivity, it has been adsorbed human IgG prior to conjugation. This conjugate is labeled with CF™594 dye. CF™ dyes offer advantages in brightness, photostability, and specificity compared to other fluorescent dyes. Deep-red fluorescent CF™594 (Ex/Em 593/614 nm) is spectrally similar to Alexa Fluor® 594 and Texas Red® dye but yields much brighter protein conjugate, and has excellent photostability.

Alexa Fluor® and Texas Red® are registered trademarks of Thermo Fisher Scientific.

Supplier: Ansell
Description: This knitted spandex/nylon liner features a foam nitrile coating on the palm. Under abrasive conditions the ultra-thin FORTIX™ nitrile foam coating lasts up to three times longer than comparable coatings, extending glove life and reducing total cost of ownership.

Description: Llama anti-rabbit CF™ dye conjugates are prepared by labeling affinity purified llama anti-rabbit IgG (H+L) with a selection of CF™ dyes. CF™ dyes offer combined advantages in brightness, photostability, and specificity compared other fluorescent dyes. CF™594 (Ex/Em 593/614 nm) is a deep-red dye spectrally similar to Alexa Fluor® 594 and Texas Red® dye but yields much brighter protein conjugates due to its high quantum yield and exceptional water solubility. CF™594 also has excellent photostability ideal for demanding applications, such as confocal microscopy and single molecule imaging.

Alexa Fluor® and Texas Red® are registered trademarks of Thermo Fisher Scientific.

Supplier: Bioss
Description: Mammalian mitochondrial ribosomal proteins are encoded by nuclear genes and help in protein synthesis within the mitochondrion. Mitochondrial ribosomes (mitoribosomes) consist of a small 28S subunit and a large 39S subunit. They have an estimated 75% protein to rRNA composition compared to prokaryotic ribosomes, where this ratio is reversed. Another difference between mammalian mitoribosomes and prokaryotic ribosomes is that the latter contain a 5S rRNA. Among different species, the proteins comprising the mitoribosome differ greatly in sequence, and sometimes in biochemical properties, which prevents easy recognition by sequence homology. MRPL28 is a 39S subunit protein, a part of which was originally isolated by its ability to recognize tyrosinase in an HLA A24 restricted fashion.

Description: Defects in NOD2 are the cause of sarcoidosis early-onset (EOS) . EOS is a form of sarcoidosis manifesting in children younger than 4 years of age. Sarcoidosis is an idiopathic, systemic, inflammatory disease characterized by the formation of immune granulomas in involved organs. Granulomas predominantly invade the lungs and the lymphatic system, but also skin, liver, spleen, eyes and other organs may be involved. Early-onset sarcoidosis is quite rare and has a distinct triad of skin, joint and eye disorders, without apparent pulmonary involvement. Compared with an asymptomatic and sometimes naturally disappearing course of the disease in older children, early-onset sarcoidosis is progressive and in many cases causes severe complications, such as blindness, joint destruction and visceral involvement.
