Supplier: USP
Description: USP Reference Standards are specified for use in conducting official USP–NF tests and assays. USP also provides Reference Standards specified in the Food Chemicals Codex as well as authentic substances—high-quality chemical samples—as a service to analytical, clinical, pharmaceutical and research laboratories. To confirm accuracy and reproducibility, USP Reference Standards are rigorously tested and evaluated by multiple independent laboratories including USP, commercial, regulatory, and academic labs. USP also provide publicly available, official documentary standards for pharmaceutical ingredients in the USP–NF that link directly with our primary reference standards.
Supplier: Cayman Chemical
Description: Amiloride is a potassium-sparing diuretic that promotes the loss of sodium and water from the body by directly blocking sodium reabsorption through epithelial sodium channels. Amiloride can also block Na+/H+ exchangers in the heart, which can serve to minimize reperfusion injury in ischemic attacks. Additionally, acid-sensing ion channels, which are involved in nociceptor responses to pH, can also be inhibited by amiloride.
Catalog Number: (129876-100)
Supplier: Merck Millipore (Calbiochem‎)
Description: This is an inhibitor of angiogenesis. Inhibits capillary morphogenesis completely and reversibly at approximately 130 µM. At low concentrations, acts as a potent and specific inhibitor of transmembrane Na+ entry and Na+, K+-ATPase. Blocks smooth muscle responses to contractile stimuli and palytoxin-induced conductance in skeletal muscle.
UOM: 1 * 100 mg

Catalog Number: (USBID3375-02-100)
Supplier: US Biological
Description: Anti-Diamine Oxidase Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody
UOM: 1 * 100 µl

Catalog Number: (BOSSBS-10141R-CY5)
Supplier: Bioss
Description: Sodium permeable non-voltage-sensitive ion channel inhibited by the diuretic amiloride. Mediates the electrodiffusion of the luminal sodium (and water, which follows osmotically) through the apical membrane of epithelial cells. Controls the reabsorption of sodium in kidney, colon, lung and sweat glands. Also plays a role in taste perception.
UOM: 1 * 100 µl

Catalog Number: (BOSSBS-12129R-CY5)
Supplier: Bioss
Description: This gene belongs to the superfamily of acid-sensing ion channels, which are proton-gated, amiloride-sensitive sodium channels. These channels have been implicated in synaptic transmission, pain perception as well as mechanoperception. This gene is predominantly expressed in the pituitary gland, and was considered a candidate for paroxysmal dystonic choreoathetosis (PDC), a movement disorder, however, no correlation was found between mutations in this gene and PDC. [provided by RefSeq, Feb 2012].
UOM: 1 * 100 µl

Supplier: Bioss
Description: Sodium permeable non-voltage-sensitive ion channel inhibited by the diuretic amiloride. Mediates the electrodiffusion of the luminal sodium (and water, which follows osmotically) through the apical membrane of epithelial cells. Plays an essential role in electrolyte and blood pressure homeostasis, but also in airway surface liquid homeostasis, which is important for proper clearance of mucus. Controls the reabsorption of sodium in kidney, colon, lung and sweat glands. Also plays a role in taste perception.
UOM: 1 * 100 µl

Catalog Number: (BOSSBS-8183R-A750)
Supplier: Bioss
Description: May modulate activity of cullin-RING E3 ubiquitin ligase (CRL) complexes (PubMed:21778237). May down-regulate activation of NF-kappa-B (PubMed:15799966). Modulates Na(+) transport in epithelial cells by regulation of apical cell surface expression of amiloride-sensitive sodium channel (ENaC) subunits (PubMed:23637203).
