Catalog Number: (APOSBIMN2050-500MG)
Supplier: Apollo Scientific
Description: 6-Fluorescein-dT phosphoramidite
UOM: 1 * 500 mg

Supplier: AAT BIOQUEST
Description: Fluorescein-dT phosphoramidite provides a valuable tool to add the fluorescein tag to a desired location of an oligo sequence. For efficiently labeling an oligonucleotide.

Supplier: AAT BIOQUEST
Description: TET-dT phosphoramidite contains a DMT group to allow quantification of coupling. It can be inserted into a target sequence as a replacement for a dT residue. It provides a valuable tool to add the TET tag to a desired location of an oligo sequence. It is complimentary to the commonly used 6-TET phosphoramidite that contains no DMT group and can only be added at the 5'-terminus, thus terminating synthesis. AAT Bioquest also offer fluorescein-dT phosphoramidite, HEX-dT phosphoramidite, biotin-dT phosphoramidite, biotin-dT CPG and Fluorescein-dT CPG.

Catalog Number: (APOSBIMN2047-250MG)
Supplier: Apollo Scientific

Supplier: AAT BIOQUEST
Description: HEX-dT phosphoramidite provides a valuable tool to add the HEX tag to a desired location of an oligo sequence.

Supplier: AAT BIOQUEST
Description: There are several ways of labeling an oligonucleotide with fluorescein.

Catalog Number: (BOSSBS-5714R-FITC)
Supplier: Bioss
Description: OVCA1 is required for the first step in the synthesis of diphthamide, a unique posttranslationally modified histidine found only in translation elongation factor-2 (EEF2; MIM 130610). This modification is conserved from archaebacteria to humans and serves as the target for ADP-ribosylation and inactivation of EEF2 by diphtheria toxin (DT) and Pseudomonas exotoxin A. OVCA1 is one of several enzymes involved in synthesis of diphthamide in EEF2.
UOM: 1 * 100 µl

Supplier: AAT BIOQUEST
Description: Fluorescein CPG has traditionally been used to add the fluorescein label at the 3'-terminus.

Supplier: AAT BIOQUEST
Description: There are several ways of labeling an oligonucleotide with fluorescein. The choice of label is diversified further, depending on the spectral requirements. 5'-fluorescein-CE phosphoramidite, derived from the single isomer 6-carboxyfluorescein, 5'-hexachlorofluorescein-CE phosphoramidite (HEX) and 5'-tetrachlorofluorescein-CE phosphoramidite (TET) can all be used to efficiently label an oligonucleotide at the 5'-end. Labeling the 3'-end of an oligo with fluorescein can be achieved using 3'-Fluorescein CPGs. Standard cleavage and deprotection with ammonium hydroxide liberates the fluorescein-labeled oligo when using any of these supports.

Description: The Per-Arnt-Sim (PAS) domain was identified as a 270 amino acid motif that mediates associations between various PAS family transcription factors. Several PAS domain family members have been identified including AhR, Arnt 1, and single-minded proteins (SIM1 and SIM2). The aromatic (aryl) hydrocarbon receptor, AhR, is a ligand dependent transcription factor that interacts with specific DNA sequences termed xenobiotic responsive elements (XREs) to activate several genes including CYP1A1, glutathione S-transferase Ya subunit and DT-diaphorase. The Ah receptor nuclear translocator protein 1 (Arnt 1) is required for ligand- dependent nuclear translocation of the Ah receptor and is also necessary for Ah receptor binding to the XRE element. Both SIM1 and SIM2 inhibit AhR/Arnt dimerization, thus inhibiting transcriptional activation. The SIM genes are thought to be involved in the directing and regionalization of tissues during development and the SIM2 gene, which is located on chromosome 21, is a candidate for the gene responsible for Down syndrome.
