Erythrosin B
Erythrosin B, also called as eosin B, is a xanthene dye. It belongs to the family of fluorescein dyes. It plays a major role in inhibiting dopamine uptake and high affinity 3H-ouabain binding and ion transport in synaptosomes from rat caudate nucleus. Erythrosin B has been used as a dye in fluorescence lifetime imaging.
