Microplates Cell Culture Plates
PS, coated with mouse laminin. Laminin, a major structural component of basement membranes, has many varied functions that are mediated by binding to various components of the basement membrane (for example, collagen IV) and to cell-surface receptors. Laminin-coated cell culture plates have a number of applications, including the promotion of cell adhesion, proliferation and differentiation of a variety of cell types, particularly neurons, epithelial cells, myocytes and myoblasts.

Laminin source: Engelbreth-Holm-Swarm (EHS) mouse tumor. Tested for ability to initiate differentiation (neurite outgrowth) of NG-108 rat glioma/mouse neuroblastoma cells. Tested and found negative for bacteria and fungi.
