For the analysis of solid and liquid samples in Dumatherm®, the sample is burned at high temperatures, followed by an analysis of the obtained gases.

Determination of proteins in milk and dairy products, cereals, eggs and their products, meat and derivatives, malt and brewery raw materials, animal feed, beer, wine, brewery grain, grain products, oilseeds, starch, and many other food ingredients.

Determination of nitrogen in the soil, water, soil additives and growing media, fertilisers, urine, pulp, paper, petroleum, plastics, explosives, coffee, tobacco.

For further discussion of the carbon level, such as soil samples or mineral oils, we recommend the version Dumatherm® CN.

For sample weight of 0,5 mg to 1 g, the scan takes 2 to 4 minutes for nitrogen and 9 to 12 minutes for the parameters Carbon and Nitrogen.

Certifications: According to national and international standards and analytical procedures such as § 64 LFGB, DIN, AOAC, DIN EN ISO and Gafta.

Ordering information: Oxygen, helium and compressed air or nitrogen gas supplies are required - A control PC is also required.
