Ovens Standard Ovens
Ovens that are designed for drying and evaporation of solvent-containing materials. Furnace based technology utilised for ovens, units have a 1.4301 (DIN) stainless steel chamber, which is rust-resistant and easy to clean, they feature horizontal forced convection.

  • Required continuous air exchange in the oven which is achieved via forced convection fan
  • Temperature limit controller with adjustable cut-out temperature for thermal protection class 2 in accordance to EN 60519-2 for protection of the oven and load
  • Differential pressure monitoring of the exhaust
  • Optical and acoustical signal in case of failure
  • Silicon sealed inner chamber
  • Working temperature range: 20 °C above ambient temperature up to 260 °C
  • Temperature uniformity ±8 K according to DIN 17052-1 in empty work space
  • Defined application within the constraints of the operating instructions

Exclusive use of insulation materials without categorisation according to EC Regulation No 1272/2008 (CLP). This explicitly means that alumino silicate wool, also known as 'refractory ceramic fibre' (RCF), which is classified and possibly carcinogenic, is not used.

The units feature a B510 controller with touch operation (5 programs with 4 segments each). NTLog Basic for Nabertherm controller: Recording of process data with USB-flash drive and Freeware NTEdit for convenient program input via Excel™ for Windows™ on the PC. Freeware NTGraph for evaluation and documentation of firings using Excel™ for Windows™ on the PC and MyNabertherm App for online monitoring of the firing on mobile devices for free download.
