Dulcoside B

Rebaudioside C is a natural non-caloric sweetener.

It is one of the predominant steviol glycosides isolated from S. rebaudiana leaves. Rebaudioside C, similarly to rebaudioside A is metabolised to steviol a compound whose safety is widely studied.

Soluble in organic solvents such as DMSO and dimethyl formamide purged with inert gas. Its solubility is approximately 1 mg/ml.
