Fume Hoods and Enclosures Extraction Cabinets
In nanoparticle manipulation and dry powder chemical handling, enclosures keep hazardous powders and particulates contained. Room air is pulled into the enclosure from the front, flows to the baffle, and finally passes through a ULPA exhaust filter (99,999% efficient on particles 0,12 μm in size) before returning to the laboratory or cleanroom.

  • Built-in ioniser neutralises static charge on interior surfaces by emitting ions into the airstream, which reduces weighing errors and the attraction of powders to surfaces
  • ULPA filter is top-accessible for leak scanning of entire surface
  • Type 304 stainless steel interior sides, removable baffle, removable air foil, and integral work surface are easy to wipe down and clean
  • Exterior is constructed of glacier white and grey dry powder epoxy-coated aluminium and steel

Features deep interiors, Guardian™ airflow monitor, true bag-in/bag-out filter disposal system, built-in blower, ergonomic air foil with aerodynamic Clean-Sweep™ openings that enhance airflow, upper dilution air supply, upper containment sash foil, zone-perforated rear baffle, and pressure gauge for monitoring filter loading.
